Delivery and Returns

At Boxere, we are committed to providing our customers with the ultimate comfort experience. We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging, and that's why we've designed our return policy with you in mind.

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for our valued customers. If you're not completely satisfied with the size of your Boxere purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders containing only one item.

How to Return or Exchange Your Boxere Purchase:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@boxere.co.uk to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and the shipping address to send the items back to us.
3. Carefully package your items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation email, along with the return authorization number provided by our customer support team.
4. Ship the package to the address provided, making sure to use a trackable shipping method. Boxere is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit for the full purchase value of the items, excluding shipping costs.
