Boxeres are made from Modal and Tencel. The features that make these fabrics awesome for underwear are listed below:

> Exceptionally lightweight and breathable. So it wicks moisture away from your skin and dries quick. Cotton is 50% less absorbent than modal and dries slower. So it gets weighed down when moist, and makes you feel sticky and clammy. 

> Incredible softness. Twice the softness of cotton, and resists pilling. You’ve got to feel it to believe it. It also has a natural drape that follows the contour of your body and compliments your shape. 

> Shrink, fade and crinkle resistant. Your Boxeres will hold their colour and shape incredibly well, and you don’t need to iron them. 

> Very strettttttchy. We blended our fabric with Spandex to give it an amazing stretch in all directions. For easy movement and better strength. 

> Sustainable forests. Cellulosic fibre made out of wood from Beech and Eucalyptus trees. These trees are completely sustainable as they multiply by rejuvenation. Which means that the trees propagate by themselves rather than needing planting.

> Less water.The trees don’t need as much water to grow and so the production process uses about 10-20 times less water.

> Biodegradable.Sustainability doesn’t stop when a garment comes to the end of it’s useful life. Modal and Tencel fibres are biodegradable.

> Less washing. Because of the nature of the fabric, washing it doesn’t need as much water or detergent. Shorter washing cycles also suffice.

Boxeres come in resealable foil packets. We encourage you to reuse this packaging. It’s perfect for separating your underwear from the rest of your clothes when you travel.

Although Boxeres would stand up to most wash routines, to keep your Boxeres their best:

> Wash at 30 degrees, dry flat, and cool iron if needed. 

> Avoid using chlorine bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

Or if you would like a different size, get in touch and we’ll send you the correct size out to you. You can even keep your original pair, saving you a trip to the post office.

What about if I've ordered more than one item in my first order?

No problemo! As long as you open only one pair. The first pair is risk-free for you to try. 

If you decide that you want a refund or replacement, simply keep the 1 opened pair, and return the rest. As long as the other pairs are not opened, worn, or washed, we will give you your full refund. Please note that we aren’t able to cover the cost of returns postage.

Boxeres will often last longer than we guarantee. Yet, for peace of mind, we have a simple warranty policy that’s easy. No need to go to the shops. No need to post back faulty items*

We guarantee your Boxeres will last 12 months of reasonable washing, wear and tear. If they become defective, get in touch (info@boxere.co.uk) and we’ll be happy to help. The warranty starts on your original sale date and lasts 12 months from then.

For warranty claims, please supply photo evidence. (The underwear/defects only - not of you wearing them)

Not following the care instructions will void any warranty claims. Boxere reserves the right not to replace any items if we believe they have been tampered with. Or if they have not been washed and worn reasonably.
